QR codes on product packaging for manuals and support

Packaging is printed months before customers open it. Put a dynamic QR code on the box and point it at the latest manual, setup video or support page.

Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes. No credit card.

The problem with printed links

  • Manuals that go out of date after printing
  • Support calls for questions a video could answer
  • No feedback on how customers use the product

How it works

  1. 1

    Build the product page

Use the product template: manual, setup steps, videos, warranty and support contacts.

  2. 2

    Print it on the packaging

Download a high-resolution SVG for your print supplier.

  3. 3

    Update after shipping

Publish a new manual version or recall notice without touching the packaging.

Questions

What size should the QR code be on packaging?

At least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide for close-up scanning, larger for shelf-distance scanning. We warn you if your design may be hard to scan.

Can I make a unique code per product?

Yes. Bulk create codes from a spreadsheet on Business and Agency plans.
